A beautiful sleeveless cotton blend dress with a great shape and adjustability in the waist. This has a drop waist and a tie at the waist to adjust the fit. You can cinch it in and pull the waistline up for a more blouse-y top and shorter skirt... or you can leave it loose for a more classic fit. It has pleating along the waistline and side seam pockets. The  cotton blend is wonderful- it has a great structure that holds its shape. The color is a dark navy. This can be worn on its own or layered with a shirt underneath or a cardigan over.
