Fit - These fit true to size with room. The elastic waist is great in that is is very stretchy - and in a comfortable way. It can stretch a few inches bigger than the starting waist measurement. The important measurements are below - 

0 (small) - waist (before stretching elastic) - 23", length - 19.5"

1 (medium) - waist (before stretching elastic) - 24.5", length - 20.5"

2 (large) - waist (before stretching elastic) - 26", length - 21.5"

3 (extra large) - waist (before stretching elastic) - 27.5", length - 22.5"
